SHIPPING, ORDERING & RETURNS

We provide FREE WORLDWIDE TRACKABLE SHIPPING on all orders through USPS, UPS and DHL. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive such notification, please check your spam or junk folders.

  

IMPORTATION DUTIES

Most countries charge no duties on photographs, however, there are exceptions. In that case, buyer is responsible for any importation duties or fees associated with your country.

 

ORDERING

All orders are made to order. Once an order is received, Marcelo will start your artwork in order received.

 

TIMELINE

Weaving photos is a hand made process that takes quite some time and lots of patience. Depending on work load, they could take just a few days but most ship within 3 weeks. They can take up to 8 weeks during busy times.

The Studio at Fernando Bengoechea will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

* If you need your order in a rush, please let us know via email before ordering. We love to accommodate, however, a Rush Fee may be applicable.

  

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Woven Photograph, it can be returned for store credit. Framing is not returnable as it is provided by a third party. Buyer assumes costs of returning artwork.

Each return claim is treated on a case by case basis.
